Darren Salerno

With over 17 years’ experience in the massage industry, Darren is a highly sought-after therapist treating clients with issues ranging from general aches and pains to more complex sports related or overuse injuries. Since graduating from Victoria University with a Diploma in Health Science (Massage) and Certificate IV Health Science (Remedial Massage), he has also gone on to complete qualifications in Bowen Therapy and Myofascial cupping.

Darren combines a variety of techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue massage to release tight muscles and knots throughout the body. His combination of techniques provides holistic treatment, assisting with pain relief, physical stress and tension, and supporting overall wellbeing.

Darren is consulted by a variety of clients ranging from expectant mothers to the chronically ill. His style of massage has proven beneficial to professional athletes, ‘weekend warriors’, office workers, and parents who lift children endlessly. Working closely with personal trainers, exercise physiologists and chiropractors, Darren customises his approach to give his clients relief from pain and injury, and assist them with getting the most out of their bodies, their training, and their busy lives.
