Dr Nicole Milburn
Many
people find it difficult to cope at times,
and all people experience hardship at
some time in life. Sometimes people find
that things become overwhelming or perplexing.
They may feel depressed, or become anxious
or moody and not understand why. Many
people suffer from a traumatic event that
they have difficulty coming to terms with.
Or perhaps they just feel that they need
someone to talk to. Psychotherapy can
help with these sort of issues by providing
a time and place to talk through problems
and gain an understanding of why we react
to things the way we do.
Nicole
obtained a Bachelor of Science from Melbourne
University, a Graduate Diploma of Counselling
Psychology at R.M.I.T. and has completed
a Doctorate of Psychology (Clinical) at
V.U.T. She is a registered psychologist
experienced in psychotherapy and general
counselling, especially working with issues
such as depression, anxiety, personality
disorders, trauma reactions, life adjustment
and family violence.
Dr Giselle Withers, Clinical Psychologist.
