Siobhan Williams is a registered Psychologist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology.
She has experience working in both public and private healthcare settings, including an Acute Adult Psychiatric Unit, a rehabilitation facility, and Private Practice.
Siobhan works with young through to older adults presenting with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and complex trauma, personality disorders, Bipolar disorder, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional difficulties, and sleep difficulties.
Siobhan draws from a number of evidence-based therapies, tailoring her therapeutic approach to best support the individual client. She has a particular focus on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Mindfulness-based approaches.
Siobhan endeavours to work collaboratively with her clients, assisting them to develop the skills and psychological resources to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.
