About Rebecca

Rebecca is a registered psychologist with a background in community mental health. She is a warm, compassionate psychologist who brings a blend of skills, experience, and heart to her work. Many of the individuals she works with are adults who are reflective, curious, and motivated to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. They often present with experiences of anxiety, mood symptoms, trauma and interpersonal difficulties.

In therapy, Rebecca tailors her approach to each individual’s unique needs, drawing on a wide range of evidence-based practices such as: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based strategies and Motivational Interviewing. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-aware, and strengths-based practice, always guided by the understanding that healing happens in the context of a safe, trusting and connected relationship.

Rebecca’s interests include women’s health, chronic physical and mental health conditions, plus healthy ageing. She enjoys working with all ages, cultures, abilities and genders. Her practice is neuroaffirming and LGBTQIA+- welcoming.
